"Toy didn’t hold up like it should’ve"
I ordered a dog toy and a leash from Wagtopia, and to be fair, I wasn’t expecting anything fancy or indestructible. But the toy started coming apart after just one day, with loose stitching already showing, and my dog really isn’t a heavy chewer.
The leash was disappointing too. It felt thin and kind of cheap, more like something you’d grab from a discount bin than what I thought I was paying for. I think it’s fair to expect a little better quality for the price, so I probably wouldn’t order from them again

So, my box showed up crushed, and the treats were just loose inside. There really wasn’t much padding at all, so it felt kind of messy and careless, honestly. For a first order, yeah... not the best impression

Just a heads-up for others: my order wasn’t even close to what I actually ordered. I ended up getting the wrong items, so I’d definitely recommend double-checking everything as soon as it arrives

I was hoping for a more straightforward experience, but there just wasn’t enough clear info upfront. This is where it got annoying: I kept feeling like I had to dig around or second-guess things, which made it hard to trust them. Overall, I just wish they were more open and easier to understand

"I just didn’t feel comfortable leaving my dog there again"
I booked Wagtopia thinking it would be a solid place for my dog, but he came home really stressed and had a small cut on his paw. No one mentioned anything to me at pickup, and I only got any info after I asked about it, which just didn’t sit right with me. Like, make it make sense.
The whole place felt hectic, and I didn’t feel like I got clear answers about supervision or how they’re checking on the dogs’ health while they’re there. Maybe other people have had a great experience, but after this, I’m not comfortable taking that chance again.

I contacted Wagtopia because I had a question about my order and really just needed a quick bit of help. I kept waiting for someone to get back to me, but I never got an actual answer, which was frustrating.
I understand places get busy and all, but when something comes up with an order, customer service is kind of what you rely on. It just left me feeling ignored, i don’t think I’d use Wagtopia again unless... well, I don’t know

"Shipping was just way too slow"
I ordered from wagtopia.com and the shipping was so slow. It took a lot longer than I was thinking it would, and the updates were like barely there, so I was kind of just waiting and not knowing. Not really something I want to do again, so I probably won’t order from them anymore

"Return was such a hassle"
Umm, trying to return my order turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. Getting a refund was really annoying, and the replies were super slow, so I had to keep following up just to get anywhere. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Wagtopia again after this.

I didn’t find much on Wagtopia that caught my eye. I was expecting a bigger selection, but everything felt a little limited, and something about it just made browsing feel kind of pointless. A lot of the stuff I was hoping to find wasn’t there, and even the categories didn’t have much variety. It might be fine if you only need basic pet stuff, but I didn’t see anything I’d actually want to buy.

"Confusing replies and not much clarity"
I had a frustrating time because the messages I got back were really hard to understand. I kept reading them over a couple of times and still wasn’t totally sure what they were trying to say. It felt like I was asking for a simple explanation, but the replies just made things more confusing instead of clearing anything up. I don’t mind waiting or going back and forth a bit, but I was hoping for clearer answers than what I received.

I wanted to give the site a fair shot, but it was frustrating to use. Some of the buttons weren’t clear, and I kept second-guessing what I was supposed to click. After a little while, I just gave up. I think it could be a lot better if the layout and labels were more straightforward

"Decent, but overpriced"
I wanted to like this more, and there were a couple of things that were fine, but overall it just didn’t feel worth what I paid. It’s not terrible, but for the price I expected better quality and a more satisfying experience. Kind of disappointing in the end...
